PHONE: (218) 280-4372Barb Fabre is the CEO of Indigenous Visioning and All Nations Rise. She is an enrolled member of the White Earth Ojibwe Nation in northwest Minnesota and is where she resides. She is a proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren. Barb has been a lifelong child advocate and has had the honor of working with many amazing people over the years that has guided her to be the person she is today.

PHONE: (952) 250-3912Beth Ann is a first-generation descendant of the White Earth Nation in northwest Minnesota. She is a proud mother of 2 adult children and 4 grandpups. Through Beth Ann's own journey and experience, she has developed a passion for helping people come together to create change, to find a sense of belonging, to better themselves and heal from past traumas. In her spare time, you will find Beth deep in the woods exploring, learning about self healing methods, on stage sharing her songs, or crafting with her kids.

Doreen Lanoue is a member of Minnesota Chippewa Tribe of White Earth, MN. She is currently serving as a specialist for the Indigenous Family, Friend, & Neighbor Childcare Program. She is the mom of two adult children and has extended family and nine grandchildren who keep her busy. Doreen has past experiences in management of non-profit and tribal government agencies. She prefers to be helping her people while performing the duties of her job.

Marlena Hanson is a first-generation descendant of the White Earth Nation in Northwest, MN. She is a mother of 4 children. She is a junior at Bemidji State University majoring in social work and obtaining her license in alcohol and drug counseling. Through her own lived experience, she blossomed with empathy to help her people whenever she can, sharing resources whenever possible. She enjoys empowering people to heal from lived experience and gain their voice to make change in the world. She is also a cohort one graduate of the Indigenous parent leadership Initiative, coming back and becoming a phase one facilitator.
